Have you ever gone to a wedding that was nice but bored you to tears?

The officiant just talked in a word soup about marriage in general, but, not a thing to represent the couple, their bond or what actually makes them so meant to be? 

Me too. I even hosted a few.

It made me realize a lot about having a wedding day versus creating a moment in time to honour the next phase of love and life together.

So. I set out to change the norm of what one of the most memorable moments of your life should be!

Hi! I am Samantha. I am not a wedding officiant. (I know you're thinking: what the....?)

​

Since day one of making this my career, I have been committed to ushering couples into their marriage and not just being a stranger in the wedding party. 

It is my life's calling to use my creative writing skills, my love for love and my excitement for life's beauty to learn your story and turn it into a ceremony that everyone in  attendance can only describe as: WOW! That was SO  YOU TWO!

Some of my favourites so far have included retelling about a shocked groom who dropped the F bomb at his surprise proposal; having the audience in stitches about his response!

A proclaimed 'biggest Beyoncé fans' couple and wrote their ceremony based on Bey's love songs.

Involving the step kids with a necklace exchange and a family vow so they knew this was more than just a step mom or step dad; but a true parent committing to their family.

And, a couple that never got engaged. They just wanted to be married and began to plan. So, I co-conspired with the groom to sneak in a proposal at the altar and gave our bride a moment she will never forget! (we all cried, it was so cute!)

I love bringing love to life in ceremony and being part of the day that brought you to the rest of your lives.

I'm not just a wedding officiant - I am a fairy god mother of marriage ceremonies and I wouldn't have it any other way! (*throws glittery magic at you - a custom glitter blend of course*)
